Restringing/Reviving your grandma's pieces.

If you inherited a necklace or a bracelet from your mother or grandmother, but feel that it’s outdated and you won’t wear it as is, you can send me a picture of the piece, tell me about your style and taste in color and I will design a custom piece incorporating the existing materials with modern elements, giving the piece another breath of life for you to enjoy it more frequently. Below is an example of giving a piece second life:

Challenge: to change this brooch to a necklace.

 

 Solution: I converted the brooch into a pendant and suspended it on amazonite string completed with sterling silver toggle clasp. Read the customer reviewfrom 5/14/2008.
